It is suitable for complete beginners to photography of any kind. No prior knowledge or experience is required.
If you are already an experienced photographer, this will open up opportunities to shoot without needing to carry around your gear.
You will need a smartphone (obviously) but it doesn’t have to be any specific model or even be that modern. The principles should work for any modern smartphone camera. You will see photos in the course taken with very old phones.
A tripod is recommended but you can start without one.
If you already own a regular photography tripod you can use that, if not we recommend a budget option in the course for less than $13.
All apps used in the course are available for free and work for all phones, including iOS and Android.
